Anchor Point · Women’s Circle

A place to come back to yourself

An evening to breathe, ground and reconnect. A small group of up to 10 women, in a warm room in Belfast.

You smile. You nod. You show up.

But inside, there’s a low hum of anxiety you can’t quite switch off. You keep telling yourself, “Just hold on, things will settle.” But mornings still feel heavy. Nights still drag. And somewhere between the two, you lose a little more of yourself.

“I feel lost. What if it’s always like this?”

This evening is for you

No rush. No performance. No need to say “I’m fine.”

What to expect

Metaphorical cards

Images that often speak louder than words. You won’t have to dig or analyse. The card simply shows you what is asking for attention.

A short guided meditation

To help you find an inner anchor: something to come back to when life feels too loud.

Sharing, or not

You can share, or you can stay silent. Silence is always welcome here. What matters is that you are seen exactly as you are.

No fixing. No advice. No pressure to be “nice” or “together.”
It’s warm. It’s honest. And there’s a quiet kind of magic in a room with women who just get it.

See the room

A short walk through the room

Soft light, plants by the window, a blanket and cards on the floor. This is where the circle meets: a place to slow down, feel calm and held, and simply come as you are.

A bit about me

I’m Svetlana Krilova, an existential life coach and the person behind Anchor Point. For over 10 years I have been supporting women through stress, identity shifts and the quiet overwhelm of building a life in a new place. I have led wellbeing workshops for Microsoft, PayPal, GoDaddy and more.

But more than any title, I’m someone who knows what it’s like to feel untethered. And I know what helps.

If something in you quietly whispered “yes” while reading this, that’s your sign. I’d love to meet you there.

The circle is a supportive wellbeing space. It is not medical care and does not replace it.
